I just bought my first BMW Z4 and I have to say it is fun to drive. I just turned 60 and this was the best gift.
I think I over paid, 2007 3.0 with 100,000 miles for $8,000.00. I paid a lot in fees but I was just so excited and I wanted it now.
I am at least in the game.
I am enjoying this forum a lot and learning a lot and will take any tips!

I have to agree on how much fun these cars are to drive.
Post up a pic.

I feel like an idiot but I cannot figure out how to link or upload a photo. I created a Flcker account and put in the link.
I couldn't find instructions in the forum. I am sure it is here.
Very nice. Sure looks clean.
you have to have like 10posts to post pics or something like that... Once you have that then the little boxes when you are writing a reply/post will have a series of little icons where you can attach a pic, link, etc. Example images attached. Once you click the little picture icon, opens a pop-up where you select the pic from either a link or from your PC. Choose image, then click upload. Easy peasy.

Well enjoy the ride, i just did same thing with 2003 Z4 2.5i and one owner 52k miles mint like new condition and manual transmission, i paid little more than you did and I don’t think you paid too much at all.
These cars really fun to drive especially stick shift!
Enjoy it
