540i guys, Any help? M62tu rough idle and engine failsafe program

Mods please don't move!!

Im having some issues with my engine on my 2001 740i, just thought I'd post over here and see if any of you 540i guys might have some insight. Been chasing this engine failsafe program message for months and today after resetting the throttle adaptations, the problem got a lot worse.
