How long for check engine light to go out?

How long does your check engine light stay on after start up?
i have a 93 850ci. Just replaced the O2 sensors with Bosch units. Pulled the Lambada code before that. Now I have no code visible with the reader but it takes 1:57 seconds for the check engine light to go out after startup.
Any input is appreciated.

If it goes off then it's ok, no pending faults, I would not worry

Mine takes a few minutes after startup to go out.

Mine goes out after a few minutes - I believe the source of my fault is the passenger seat occupancy sensor.

Mind you, I'm talking about the square "CHECK" light on the bottom right of my dash, not the CEL.
