    Wish I could have found one in my price range. Now they are out of reach forever for me.

    - 98 m3, techno/anthrazit cloth, 124k and officially worthless - 89 m3, alpine/black 143k and officially old - 2000 323it, tiag/grey, 169k and officially boring

    There is an absolute garbage one for sale here in the classifieds for 29k.
    Been flipped from 12k, to 19k, now to 29k. Probably has had about 40k worth of accidents.

    It's much cheaper to just invest the money in therapy to find acceptance of our shitty U.S.-spec cars and all the unjustified hate heaped upon them....

    I have a friend that spent north of 10k rebuilding his euro s50. He’d agree with you haha.

    Parts are increasingly hard to get here in the US for the S50B30 euro spec, you’re better off going to the s54 which is a better engine and was offered in the US

    jeez. At what point do you say screw it and S54 or S5x/FI swap it?
