i want to put the car up on 4 stands but it seems to only have the 4 set jack points which will have my jack under neath, is there a way to jack up the front then the back and get some stands under there?
very frustrating all i see is plastic and no obv point where you can lift an almost 6k pound vehicle
i also tried checking the manual which shows the standard jack points
I will move it to the X6 forum

I've never seen the underside of an e71 X6...but if it's like the e53 & e70 X5...there is a lift pad centered below the engine on the front axle...and the rear is lifted using the diff (make sure to not place jack under the diff's cover). See info below...and do remember that when lifting the entire rear of the vehicle...you SHOULD chock the front wheels because there's nothing to prevent it from rolling forward like a wheel barrow since there's no transmission parking pawl or emergency brakes to prevent forward movement:
{use #1 & #3 to lift front and/or rear of vehicle...then place jack stands underneath #2}
{Look under your vehicle to see if you have a lift pad like in the pic below of an e53 X5}

May I ask the reason for jacking up all four corners?

That's pretty funny, so when I put up every BMW on its lifting blocks I'm in imminent peril? We work under these cars up in the air all day long, on lifts that use those plastic blocks to support the vehicle!! The front center block can be used for putting a floor jack under, but we mostly use it for a pole jack to stabilize the vehicle when we remove major components from the rear.
