    Takes a lot of seat time to pull off a 10. Especially with under 600whp. Having a quick spooling turbo will net you better times sometimes than having more power. As getting out the hole is the bulk of getting a good time. I wouldn't suggest going to the strip until you have 2-3k more ready to drop. Stay far away from that 1320.

    Yes, I have probably at least 100 passes on this car from when it was NA to now being turbo and I still make mistakes. It takes A LOT of practice. Making the rear end bullet proof is hands down the most important step though.

    I definitely went too far with my build, should've went simple like this. Great job, keep up the good work!

    Agreed.
    His car kinda pisses me off. Nice and simple, no fears, no massive investment. Sure he has a good deal of money in it. But no where near what most here have, myself included. Then the kick in the pants is, he is a whole 0.10 seconds slower than my best. I guess on the highway would be a different story. But what bragging can you do with that ? No one understands V-box 60-130's. All the general ignorant public cares about is 10 seconds or better. Hell they dont even know what trap speed is. You could tell someone you ran a 10.70 @ 175 mph or 95 mph. All they heard and understand is the 10.

    Thanks! We started with low expectations and I didn't really expect it to ever go this quick or this fast. It just kept getting faster and faster.

    This is very true. I used to tell people my car traps 130 and nobody cared lol.

    Kinda like the whole psi thing. Someone with a m50 and a 5858 running 20psi vs someone with an S52 and a 4294 running 15 psi , the ignorants will think the 5858 car is faster and make more power.

    But, I have a good friend that runs a 67 mustang with a 4G mitsu motor in it. He is running compound turbos, s256 and a s375 ? Or s475 don't remember. Anyway, running 45-50psi !!!!! Stock dme/ecu !!
