    Cell Phone Problem on Bimmerforums.com

I am having difficulty opening anything on the Bimmerforums.com site. I have no problem with Bimmerfest.com. When I try to open anything, I get the following message....Remote Server Sent unknown response could be result of outdated forum software plug-in or conflict. Anyone care to offer up a solution?

I think the app is dead. It doesn't work on my phone anymore either

Someone should make automatic redirect from HTTP to HTTPS. Can admins initiate this issue?

I have an iPhone 6 with iOS 11.
BF.com no longer works, and the phone puts up a message window that says:

    "BF.com" Needs to
    Be Updated.
The developer of this app needs
to update it to work with iOS 11.

The app is broken and unsupported--delete it. You now have to browse to Bimmerforums using you web browser (Safari, etc.).

The site should redirect to https:// automatically, but sometimes people have the old URL's in their cache/bookmarks so those need to be cleared/updated respectively.

The app seems to no longer function - I always use the internet browser so wasn't really sure what you were talking about at first. Didn't even know we had our own app (is that Tapatalk or something else??).

Sounds like the company that maintained it closed and likely took the coding for this app with them

Tapatalk allows the user to have a unified interface to access multiple forums at the same time. Consolidator, aggregator, of any forums on any platforms or devices that the user want to use.

I opened http://www.bimmerforums.com/forum/fo...-(E36-7-E36-8) and there is no redirect as expected. And when I start writing "bi" in browser address bar (which is the usual way to open most oftenly visited sites), browsers autosuggestion shows http version of above link, which is not redirecting to https.

If typing in "bi" brought up bimmerforums, then the old URL is in your cache or cookies somewhere. Clear it completely and then after going back properly to https:// it should not happen again (make sure to update bookmarks if you have them too)

Sorry, clearing all the valuable history as a workaround just because one site can't make proper redirect from http URLs to https URLs is not an option for me.
