What do you all recommend for that. Driver side, hinge area, can't tell exactly where. Tried a couple of different lube sprays with no improvement. Thanks Grady

Mine was squeaking because the end-cap at the forward end of the drip rail (metal trim over the windows) was rubbing on the top of the weatherstripping at the forward edge of the top of the door. Removed trim, installed new clips, replaced trim, all quiet now.
Mine does it too...I tried all kinds of lube...works great for a few days then the squealing appears again ...seems it happens when its hot

What type of lubricant is being used? I wonder if a product like Tri-Flow (which contains TEFLON aka "PTFE") would make any gains toward ending the noise? Tri-Flow is my go-to lubricant for metal-to metal friction such as hinges, latches, & locks because of the PTFE additive.
Tri-Flow can be googled (or do a search on amazon.com) to find local vendors & their products...many bicycle shops sell one or more of Tri-Flow's products:

Mine squeaks if I leave the car in the hot sun as soon as it cools down no more squeaks.......
It got worse this summer (hot?). But happens in the morning and when the car has been parked in the the garage (ambient not baking in the sun). It's not rubbing (99.9% sure, but I'll check - thanks) I'll try Tri-Flow next. Grady
Loosen the up the bolts at the hinge pins and lift the door a bit to get the lube onto the pins themselves. It's tough to get them to quiet down just lubing around the outside.
