I have an older set of Ohlins that I got for my M3. I'm sure they are an older series to the R&T series and I loved how the car drives with them.
Last year, the rear shocks developed a clunk, so I sent the shocks in for rebuild. When I got them back, the fronts have very little compress/rebound control, as if they are blown. I suspect the shop did not put enough oil in them or all the oil leaked out. So I think I'll have to send them out for rebuild again.
Question is, which shop should I use? I vaguely remember the last shop I used was located in Sonoma, CA, but I'm pretty certain it wasn't PSI Performance Shock.
Thanks,
Ming
I'd reach out to Öhlins USA, years ago I had them rebuild a set the process was simple and painless and the coils came back good as new.
