New e46 owner. Long time BMW owner. Extremely boring spec content!

Hey guys, just picked up my first e46 today.
    Details are:
    2000 323i touring
    250k KMs (like 160k?)
    Sport package
TiAG on grey (I told you it was boring)
    Auto
After the first bit of driving I'm really stoked. Its smooth, relatively quick, handles decent, and stops ok. Its the ultimate pretty good driving machine it seems.
Interested to see some minor things I can do to make it drive and look a bit better. Its mostly a snowboardmobile, but if I can improve on it a bit I will.
I'll probably put my e36 m3 DS2s with winters on it, e46 m3 steering wheel ZHP suspension and sways (is that even possible? I was offered a set for free) and just clean up the little bit of interior wear.
Bought it from a 65 year old lady who's owned it for 10 years. Came with a stack of records. Got it for $4k CAD
Cooling system is new, auto tranny is rebuilt 10k ago, new brakes and some new bushings here and there.

Heres my e36, which will get a nice break this winter for some suspension work and some minor detail cleanups.

Looks awesome! Very clean, sport wagons are a rare model for sure. And who doesn't love a rare BMW.

I started an E46 specific DIY on my YT channel, maybe some tips and tricks will help you out in the future (I'm a new E46 owner too)

Wow..I got the wagon too and also with lower miles. Mine is an 03. I think all wagons were XI..and with GM automatics featuring a stabilizing suspension control "DSC". I got problems with mine from 100k

Yeah tranny is a weak point it seems, but it was rebuilt less than 6k ago.
    Car is RWD.

E46 looks clean, but I'll kill for your e36 M3, especially with the hurricane interrior, and light weight wheels. Awsome ride.
