Do not buy these turds. The ones people get from Discount Tire all the time. I have a brand new set and 2 of them have balanced out with 180g, over 1/3 lbs, of weight just on the inside of the wheel and 90 grams on the inside.
These wheels are not worth your time or money just buy a set of genuine 7 series M Pars.
Luckily I didn't purchase these they came with the car but I felt it was my duty to warn people of how horrible these are.

I bought a crappy E38 with fake M-pars and two were visibly cracked on the rim - split open like cheap pot metal on a hole in the road.
There are some good ones out there - I had a good set on my E31 for years with no problems:

....but they are not a patch on the OEM - and needed a lot of messing about to get balanced.

Maybe the wheels are ok? My experience with Discount Tire is with buying tires from them and the way the balance their tires. I had a shimmy on my front passenger side and they kept saying everything is alright according to their balance machine. I kept asking them if they use road force balance and the kept saying yes. After a while I took it to an indy tires specialized shop and learned that these morons at discount tries weren't really doing road force balance. They had their own version which was pure BS. You really need the Hunter machine which the indy shop had. The indy shop got the road force balance done on my car and the shimmy is gone. https://www.hunter.com/wheel-balancers/road-force-touch
Will never go back to Discount Tire for anything
No they were balanced on our Hunter machine at the shop I work at. The wheels are just junk.
It is worth saying before blaming the alloys - what tyres did you buy? If you are buying cheap tyres don't expect them to balance at 0g - they can be all over the place both statically and dynamically!
