    A/C Drier PN?

I have a 1989 635csi with the dual air A/C and I am doing a complete A/C overhaul. As I have read on other threads, the dual A/C cars use the larger hansa drier. When I go to realOEM there are 2 driers listed.

The cheaper one is more widely available and the pictures look like the one I removed. What is the more expensive one? Which one do I need to purchase?

This one is the OEM one that comes installed. Can't go wrong with these. I use the smaller drier in my 89 but you'd need a new pressure switch so I'd just get the OEM.

Thanks Hakeem. I have read through your own A/C post and I am doing my complete overhaul currently. I am hoping to have my own write up shortly of my experiences. Maybe I should include this hiccup in there...

No problem. I highly doubt any one would be as unfortunate as I was with my car so hopefully it shouldn't take you too long. The system itself is very picky so take a lot of pictures before you take it apart. By overhaul does that mean you're changing refrigerants? Will you be replacing anything? If so, that's a complete different story and the later cars all use different valves, etc.
