I have a set. Really nothing special about them but I will say they are better than stock pedal covers.
They are just aluminium and rubber which look good and feel nice.
If you can get a set for 20-25 bucks I say go for it, plus they look Oen
***Edit***
The ones I am talking about are the silver with the ///M logo which make them look nice.

All screw into factory pedal and pads though don't they?

I think they look cheap IMO. Some of the higher end ones look nice I think though. You take the pedal pads off and screw them into the pedal.

I bought new OEM rubber covers for $4 each lol.
Ebay specials...
Having said that, BMW offers their own pedal covers, which look exactly like the Ebay ones.
The later SS OEM offering is nice, but only available for electriconic throttle paddles. So that would need hacking/glueing etc.
They do look classy though.

Even those are tacky
Personally, I think the plain black rubber pedal covers look best and will give the best grip for a daily/street car. There are certainly better pedals that offer a more solid and "grippier" feel, but now we're talking race/track parts.
