I have a 2006 330i with sport suspension. The car has 80k miles and still has factory suspension.
I am considering replacing the shocks with stock Sachs sport suspension shocks with the hope that this will refirm up the ride. To me, the ride feels a bit bouncy and soft.
Can anyone comment on this? Will I feel a difference? Am I wasting my money replacing these with stock shocks and instead should put a pair of konis on?
Also, while replacing the shocks, are there any other suspension parts you would recommend changing while I’m doing the job?
Thanks in advance,
Mark

Hello and welcome to the forum Mark - it really comes down to how stiff of a ride you'd like. If you want a slightly stiffer ride than factory, the Sachs should do a good job. If you really want to stiffen up the ride and have a much sportier feel, then I would look at something like the Bilstein B6 shocks.

Thanks. Can the bilsteins B6 or Koni yellows be used without lowering springs if I have stock sport suspension?
