Electronics suddenly not working

Bought a 2011 BMW 335d about 2 months ago, everything has worked fine until about a week ago when most of the electronics in the car turned off and back on again suddenly, but nothing else weird since then until today when I didn't start on the first try, sounded like a dead battery but I tried again a second time and it started right up. As I leave work everything turns off again and back on, engine never stutters and it's drives completely normal still, when I get to the exit of the parking lot I notice my blinker doesn't work, neither does my window, turn around back to my perking spot at work and notice the back up camera doesn't work and I have no reverse lights, headlights are still on but fog lights won't turn on, still have radio and dash lights, even the locks and trunk still work. I noticed some belt noise a couple weeks ago when it was cold and hadn't thought much of it but I recently heard a noise when cold coming from under the hood that sounds like a bad/loose pulley, but only for a minute or so on warm up. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
