So people I have opportunity to buy a cheap E32 in perfect condition. Only problem is with transmission, it shifts every gear in 4000rpm. Is it worth fixing or what could be wrong with the transmission. Here are some pics

Sounds like stuck solenoids. Should be a fix on Shogun's site for that. Depending on how much, relative to your area, that car has some nice option. It has some nice Style 32 wheels, it has the full rear shade package, and it looks like it has the double thickness window sound deadening package. What is interesting, though, is that with those high end factory options, it is a short wheelbase car.

well, it can be an easy fix or in worst case a new/used/recon trans is necessary, a gamble. But a fully recon 5HP30 you can get from Germany for under EURO 2000. Check transmission fluid level is the first thing, filter change, how does the ATF look? Does it smell burned and it is black and there are bigger metal particles in the AT pan, then it is a more serious problem.
If it looks just old and 'normal' dirty, change the ATF and the filter and make a proper ATF change at right temperature, with engine running according the 5HP30 instructions. Here done on a 5HP30 on an E38 http://www.e38.org/zf-5hp30-service.html
if that does not help, valve body overhaul, testing all the valves and speed sensor in trans, data here , 11.5MB BMW, AUDI, PORSCHE Technicians Guide http://parts-at.ru/wp-content/upload...Tech-Guide.pdf
