840Ci cruise control retrofit

Hello all,
I have a factory 6MT 840Ci which does not come equipped with cruise control. I'd like to investigate the possibility of retrofitting cruise to the car.

Has anyone else embarked on a similar project, and can advise what parts are already in the car vs what I need to source/fit?

I have scanned the instructions for Cruise Control installation for the 840 M60 but it is too large a file and this system will not allow me to upload it. Send me your email and I will gladly sent it over to you.
