Man, I put the hard top on more than 2 months ago and only got around to swapping the summer rubber for the winter wheels today!
Good news--the next handful of days will have warmer weather than the Freezing (and below) temps we've had much of the past 4 weeks.
I plan to take the Zed to my office out-of-state for a few days. WIll be interested to see if my fuel economy is noticeably better on the narrower and harder tires.
Finally got snow worthy of leaving both cars in the garage and resorting to the Honda.

Starting to feel like spring time in Chicago. We had lots of snow in early February, but then came rain and warmer temps. I had pulled the battery from my Z3M when I parked it in a storage unit for the winter. Finally went out today and put the battery in, fired her up and drove around the parking lot a little. Brakes sounded rusty, but other than that, all sounded good. Fired up on the first crank, all of the fluid levels looked good!
Got a new shift knob to put on, and a new blue-tooth ODBC sender to test out soon.
Cant wait for spring !
