    I would change the oil every 5k. Pop the hood and check check fluids every couple of weeks. Change the spark plugs a little sooner than required. My e39 has the low cluster so no coolant light, but it does have low washer fluid light!? So check that coolant often and dont over heat the engine ever. Flush your. Brake fluid every two years and power steering fluid when it starts getting dirty. When starting your car, let the engine idle a few mineres before tearing off. This very important on turbo cars, also for turbos let the engine idle a bit before shutting off it will bring cooler oil to the turbo bearings.
