1999 M3 , perfect track & daily driver- comfortable enough to drive daily - due to stock bushings and moderate spring rate- yet very competent on the track.
I am a 67 year old BMW addict- have had 15 including this one. Car has been used in driving schools a few times a year for the past 6 years and occasional weekends- lives in a garage.
Car has 108,000 miles
ground control coilovers- with street camber plates
Brembo big brake kit on front- New pfc 08 on front and rear and Z pads for the street also near new - new rotors this year.
turner sway bars-
New wheel bearings front and rear
all new stock bushings in the rear- with reinforced trailing arm pockets and sway bar mounts
3:38 rear diff with new clutch discs and fluid- rebuilt low mileage half shafts
Turner rear diff bolt and bushing
ZHP steering rack- with all new hoses and canister and new steering shaft joint
front suspension a few years old with all new stock parts
engine has a VAC head with mild porting ARP studs - had fuel injectors calibrated.
turner stage 4 kit complete kit
new starter
all new hoses and belts
Removed anti skid throttle body
Epic tune
UUC short shift kit- Turner light flywheel
new stock z4 m radiator with stewart water pump and all hose and belts
- 4 point roll cage-
Radio CD43 with ipod hook up - Bavsound tweeters.
ZKW headlights
Michelin pilot sports & extra wheels
Now the story of the body- when I bought the car it was perfect-until I had a reason to make it exceptional
was atI Watkins Glen a few years ago in the rain- a slow speed skid at the bus stop going about 40 at the time, put me into the outside tire wall.
car was hit along the complete right side- but all very minor - no broken glass- door still opened - hood and door seams were perfect-
I used this opportunity to totally go over the complete body every rubber gasket around the doors and windows , even rubber around the door handles were replaced. Glass removed ( new molding),
front & rear bumpers , grill and twistes all removed for a complete paint job, except the roof.
the work was done by an Italian, father and son body show in Norwalk , CT- no other employees, have been in the business for over 30 years- they are craftsmen. I even had the original vin stickers duplicated to match the originals.
they had the car for about 6 weeks bill came to over $10K
priced at $16900.00
the only things it could use is rest of the bavsound speakers
Car is flawless

still available
why haven't I sold my car yet- as setup as this car is and needs nothing - I thought the price is reasonable??
thank you
Beautiful car however not a lot of people have 17k just laying around for a car. And it’s hard to finance a car that is that old. So your buyers are few in between. Regardless car is beautiful and glws
my thought was this is totally set up for drivers ed events - totally sorted - thought that had value.
thank you

Your car is sort of a tweener. It isn't a stock pristine example someone closer to the collector end of the spectrum would pay a premium for and its not quite race ready where an avid racer or race team may appreciate the value of upgrades. The color combo and accident history will make it tough to command mid to high teens and get a quick sale. perhaps there is just the right buyer for it which you may find given a bit more time. GLWS.
