Insulation

Hi all. I am wondering if somebody here has replaced the insulation under the rear seat. I have to lift the rear seat up to replace a blown fuse and found that the floor under the rear seat was hot maybe due to the tail pipe under it. The insulation has broken down, almost nothing left. If there is a replacement insulation I would like to get one. Thanks for your help as always.
