Headlight adjusters broken. Is their a solution yet?

I just purchased a '95 840Ci a week ago and I love it so far but it has a few quirks and issues I'm sorting out. One of them being broken headlight adjusters. I've seen you can still buy euro adjusters but apparently it's a completely different set up that won't fix the US lights.

I saw that at one time a member made some kind of repair kit but it looked kinda jank and I don't think he's around anymore. I've read bmw doesn't offer the parts anymore so are we just SOL or is there a new solution I'm not yet aware of?

Have the same problem. Check out this thread. It worked for me. Also, if the adjuster wheels are missing there is a guy on eBay that sells adjuster kits for an e39 with the same wheels in plastic. I bought a set and used the wheels only. Worked fine.
