    Question about timing disks (?)

Was taking out the cams to clean my lifters and i noticed the impulse wheel, diaphram spring, stop disk and sprocket were worn away a little bit

Is this normal wear or anything to be worried about for an engine at 200k?
Also discovered the link chain guide rail was so brittle it broke right in half cleaning it, so that's another thing to replace :P. Kinda worried about the main timing chain guide rails now though. Not sure what I'm gonna do with that because as far as I know taking the timing cover off is a job and a half.
