How to connect an aftermarket radio on e34 (93)

Hi guys, i was tryin hard all day, checking diffrent diagrams etc..
And cant make my aftermarket radio unit even turn on.
maybe someone can help me out ?
the fuses are ok.
may be the problem with wiring, deck and harness diffrent colours.
as well its an european harness ( Dont know if it something diffrent from the usa in wiring)

yes i tried doing it like this
but there would be left an ignition(yellow cable from the harness) and orange which is for dim, and as i understand the radio should turn on even without these cables connected that i mentioned, but it doesnt.
either way on the deck there is 6 cables left and i dont know where to connect the two from the harness
