The second picture looks like a small vacuum hose. The first picture I'd say to track that wire down it's likely to be connected to the engine wiring harness. There may be a few diagrams online you could use to track the individual sensor plug to its component. What is it that you are working on in the engine?

I had the intake off it is a part of a wiring harness on the engine I can't seem to find a diagram I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong the harness also connects to the fuel rail and evap valve I think.
The hose does look like a tiny vacuum that back tracks to the fuel system by I can't figure out where it was connected
I may be mistaken, but in this diagram your vacuum hose looks like #6

It seems based on two days of research the line is some sort of vacuum line and my wire is from a voluntary emissions recall that only affected vehicles up to 9/98 it is an add in harness to change the crank positioning sensor plug so I have to plug that harness in.

heres the link for the recall info and the plug for anyone who is wondering.
It seems that vacuum hose also goes to the intake I apparently somehow missed the 2nd vacuum.
