You're going to be hard pressed to find an E46 with less than 200k km on it for that price. Its right at that age where you would need to replace the cooling system and suspension bushings, control arms, and dampers. As long as you have the time, aptitude, and cash to address those then by all means get it.
It's a rebuild too. Seems like it was done well (passing Alberta regulations for rebuilds are seriously hard) but I'm gonna rip up to a mechanic just to be safe
Not bad for the asking price, but it originally came with a gray interior. That would make me wonder why the black now. I am sure the extra set of rims are for the winter tires.
So I would expect to spend about 2k in catch-up maintenance, and about another 1-2k down the road in the next 6 months as you shake the car out.
