Nicely done! Please tell us more about that supercharger
Tbd
Ok then
The supercharger is a Rotrex C38-81.
I made up a custom front pulley, i designed the bracket my self with the tensioner system I came up with, Then I got the bracket made out of billet aluminum with cross braces for high revs.
The boost delivery is not like a turbo at all, it’s relevant to the revs your pulling so it fells gradual and composed.
Low heat as well still my charger is boosting 12 psi , but by the time it passes thru the cooler it drops to 10.,, but to every 1 psi you make you pick up 10 degree of heat, so I put in a Front mount intercooler got the MIG spool gun out and fabricated all the piping I needed, and had to convert from Dual head lights to Single headlights to squeeze the pipes up thru.
Car is excellent 2500 Rpm up to 7000 Rpm no lag when getting back onto the go pedal half way thru the apex, but I am on a open diff so ya that’s a project for me getting a LSD back there.
My ECU pulls out a lot of timing at 10 PSI, so it’s like 35 Degrees total timing, ECU sees 10 PSI pulls 18 Degrees out of it, it’s a great system and very reliable.
The way the car drives fells like a small block V8 under the hood, Less the weight of course
I’m happy with it
