    If you were going to turbo this how much power can this build withstand safely? I’m just looking for something that can handle 400hp or so safely. But I see it was built to stock spec.

    This is a very nice motor. Could probably do 900 rwhp on E85 or race gas. On pump gas, much less due to the stock compression — under 400 rwhp on 91 and that at best on 93. You would have to add a spacer and recut the head to get rid of the cut from the cutring gasket that is in there, which is a shame since it was just redone, but doable unless this head is already cut to the limit. Then you might do 550 on 91 and 650 on 93.
