    adjustable fpr and injector help

    Hello

    I have a few quick questions.

    I have a fuellab fuel pressure installed in my car. I put this in a few months ago. I have the pressure set at 42psi with vac line on 50ish with line off
    my car is a 97 M3 I had to modify the 2-3 fuel valve under the drivers side. Sits right in front of the fuel filter.
    I saw in a different thread that they left it plugged in and just sealed off the ports. As of right now this what I have done.
    So my question is, is this the correct way to do this or can this be unplugged? I assume unplugged it will set a CEL? and possible cause the car to run poorly?

    just mounted mine up by the strut tower
    I also have replaced the 21.5# OEM injectors with 22# injectors. Has anyone else done with out a chip or flash?
    the car runs fine the way it is. Just trying to compensate for the slight increase in the injector size.

    Also would it be okay to drop fuel pressure 2psi or so with the 22# injectors?

    In the end, it's probably easier and cheaper to put in a good set of pinktops in again.

    If you unplug the stock obd2 fpr, it will throw a code for running loss. I use an aftermarket fpr, with the stock fpr plugged in but fuel and vacuum lines disconnected. For 22 lb injectors you probably don't need to do anything. Adaption can handle the tiny change. I agree that using the stock injectors would be easier. But you can change flow with pressure.

    this is how I am currently running the car now. I left everything plugged in just all blocked off. As far a the injectors go I went a tad bigger with the pick bosch for the better spray pattern and for use with the nitrous.
    I did as of right not drop the fuel pressure but 2psi.
