    Multiple codes

    Hi guys,

Some background before I talk about the codes.

Yesterday I was driving at around 65 mph and then I floored it to pass a truck. I was in 6th gear with AC on. Suddenly I heard some noise from the engine bay( possible misfires) and then engine malfunction light came up. Car went into limp mode. I took an exit and restart my car, and everything became normal.

Today I scanned for codes and this is what I got ( attached).
I had replaced the plugs 6 months ago and already ordered the coils. I am preparing my car for MHD tune.

    It's 2011 335i 6spd.

Do you guys think of anything else apart from the coils ? Car is running fine now- did couple of WOTs at 2nd and 3rd gear.
Also, I am getting a decent mileage. Recently I did a 1250 miles trip and the mpg figure was 28.3. If the oxygen sensor is bad, shouldn't that affect the mpg figure ?
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Iftekar,

Take my input with a pound of salt...

It's unlikely there is issues with all your Ignition coils simultaneously.
However, I've had the same symptom (similar codes, minus 2774) recently that was due to a collapsed oil filter.
The VANOS would try to adjust the timing for WOT but couldn't due to low oil pressure.
This would result in a crap-ton of codes like this all at once.
Restarting the car would let it run normal until next WOT. (only happened on some WOT)

Possible VANOS solenoid? I'm just making that up... not sure what code would accompany. But I believe it could have the same mass effect?

    ---

I did my Ignition Coils recently.
My symptom was 'kicking' when WOT in high gear, low RPM (would happen elsewhere, but this was the easiest way to reproduce).
Periodically 1 cylinder would shut down, requiring a restart of the car.

    Thanks for your response.
So have you identified the problem yet ?
I was anyways going to replace the coils, so will do that and see if it resolves. Otherwise, will check your suggestions regarding vanos. One by one - I think is the best way to debug.
