Trying to downsize...honest!
But.....I just picked up two Sahara Beige 740i Sports (2000/2001); going to try to get at least one of them refreshed up enough for my dad to have for BMWCCA club car events.
So those two E38's, in addition to a 1994 AVUS blue E31 840Ci 6spd conversion/M62 swap, 1999 Fern Green E36 M3 (for sale!), 2000 Oxford Green M Roadster (also for sale!), 2000 Oxford Green M Coupe, and a 2007 Deep Green E91 328i Touring 6spd RWD wagon daily driver. Oh and 2003 Moto Guzzi V11 resto-mod, 2003 Aprilia Tuono-Mille conversion, and a 2007 Moto Guzzi Norge (for sale!)
That's the current fleet of 7 BMW cars and 3 Italian motorcycles... Wife has a '15 X1 and dad has a '07 X3 both of which I service... It's a BMW madhouse on the weekends! Graham has seen it in person! ...almost as crazy as his place (I'm just a little more brand-centric LOL)

DeT built Panteras into the 1980s? Cool. I did not recall that.
I added in some pics of mine! Lets try to add more pictures
Lol, you've been "downsizing" since just a few months after I met you it seems like, yet your collection has only gotten larger... there are points where it was a small and reasonable fleet, now it is simply madness.
I also didn't know the Avus finally arrived. I gotta get down there to check it out soon!

Never realized your M coupe had a beige interior! I always assumed black or blue... EB/beige and Imola/beige are the only way I could rock a beige interior.
That E36 got wrecked too... looks like you are lucky to be alive! Glad you were in a BMW... were you in a Hyundai or something you may not still be around to share your technical wisdom. I mean that accident looks baaad

My fleet is small in both number, and size of vehicles. The Z3 is the longest and widest vehicle I own!
2001 Z3 - premidlife crisis car
2005 Mini Cooper S - wife car
2013 Chevy Spark - daily and workhorse
Ya the beige, or rather a dark beige, more of a brown is quite nice. Most people dislike the plain lighter beige, but in this dark form, it grows on you well. I like it quite a bit. Goes well with the black headliner and pillars. Probably will add a little more black trim to it.
Ya, I'm searching for pics from when that E36 was whole, not fair to post only the 'pity me' pics... Yes, very horrible accident, fractured my patella and severely sprained my ankle when my foot was forced under the driver's seat.
Car was a bit neglected originally, but in the few years I had it, I made it nearly perfect. Still jealous that my wife drove across all of Germany in it... autobahn, pegged speedometer on the 210km/h limiter most of the way. Never got to go back on the autobahns myself. I did much driving on smaller roads though. Very reliable after a bunch of maintenance.

Glad to see I'm not the only one with too many vehicles, and also not the only one with an oh-so-hated Smart Fortwo.
97 M3 sedan, manual. Project car, mostly TRM turbo setup, GT3582R, etc. Smoking currently, thinking rings.
98 Z3 2.8 roadster. Been in the family since 3/2000. Dad's daily driver for 14 years. 230k on the clock. Would never sell.
99 Z3 2.8 coupe. Always wanted a non-M coupe, so I went for it since the price was right. (earlier this year)
2013 Smart Fortwo. The daily. Park it anywhere, average a decent 35ish mpg (I know it's not that great) But it's my second Smart, and I've loved them since 1998.
And the wife-to-be,
1994 Miata M-edition. Montego/tan. The jelly bean. Such a blast, wonderfully set up by previous owner. Flyin miata turbo kit in posession, going on soon.
And I don't have pics since Photobucket ruined the internet.

My M Roadster is my weekend car as well.
Other current vehicles are a Jeep Grand Cherokee and a 2012 650i M sport
MY '06 Saab 9-5 5mt wagon. It became too nice and modded to see salt which led to another car purchase.
Its making about 435w-tq on E85 lol. I've installed Brembos, a Quaife LSD, you name it. No one sees this car coming.
I bought this CHEAP '09 9-3 wagon to be the winter beater. It runs comically well and looks nearly new yet has 245k. My 80yr old father had me sell his '08 6mt wagon and has kind of stolen the blue wagon. I swore I'd never modify it but that didn't last long.
My wife has an '15 Regal, as close to a new Saab as it gets. It's been a GREAT car. Going to turn it in for an '18 Regal next year.
