2000 E39 M5, this one I'm slowly bringing back to glory:

2000 M Coupe - we all know this one:

2005 E46 M3 Competition Pack, lately my DD:

    2016 F13 640i Gran Coupe - my wife's DD:

And finally my 2006 E63 M6, might be for sale soon as I have way to many cars that don't all fit in the garage.

How often do you drive them to keep it in good shape?

Umm, I try to drive them pretty regularly. Usually, I'd pull one car out, and drive it for a week. Then on weekend I'll wash it, put it on a lift, pull next one, and drive that for a week. And so on.
This gives me some time to see if there is anything that needs to be addressed/fixed, and when the car on a lift for a week, I can address all issues. Its a good formula that has been working great for the last few years.

Brad, it is nice to see older vehicles like that taken care of.

The F10 is an overweight, fluffy POS, so it's not surprising that you liked the CTS better. I don't think you'll be able to beat the price of the CTS lease, either, because the G30 is relatively new and the CTS is on the way out.

To answer your question, only on weekends, as long as it's not raining. Then it's back in closed, humidity regulated garage.

    Great stuff.

Most other car builders simply don’t make cars this nice. Once you own a BMW car or bike, the difference is so obvious.

Good luck with that. It's lovely. I just sold my '74 (blue tops and interior):

Absolutely, I was smitten over 15 years ago when I got into a E39 and the E30 that was already in the family.

I usually just admire the nice stuff and usually don’t post about me but here is my other german car:

    IMG_0017.jpg

Picked it up at PECNA (Atlanta) 2 years ago-I was treated like I was buying a GT3 or other much more expensive Porsche. Also included 90 min on their track in a comparable car, tour of center and museum, lunch, swag. At that time the whole experience was free (in the price of the car) but now it is a $500 upcharge. Made it a part of a trip to...Grand Cayman! Flew RT (at least that was what the original ticket was) from home via Atlanta to GC, then returned to Atlanta, but didn’t get on the connection and stayed in Atlanta and picked up car the next am. Fortunately we could pack light in carry on size suitcases (had to be mindful of Cayman cargo room...) since we didn’t need much in the way of clothes on the island (but it was chilly in Atlanta in 1st week of March). Dropped car with 10 miles overnight to have PPF applied (they worked until 4am), picked up the car the next noon and drove non-stop home. Great experience and also great car (yes it is a turbo 4 but don’t believe any of the haters). I have lusted after a Porsche since seeing my first 911 turbo circa 1978 while in college. Always have been too frugal but decided to do it while I can still drive-LOL.

I will be on the hunt for an F31 2016 later in the year to replace my current daily (a 2010 VW GTI; only owner, bought new in April 2010).

My wife drives a 2017 Golf Sportwagen SE that's our primary car for any where we all go as a family.

I love your GTI! Sweet cars!

We picked up my ‘17 Touring from the Munich factory and spent six weeks driving around Europe.

    Had a great time.
