    Power steering hoses leaking.

Sometimes when I put my car in reverse it will stall on me. I was wondering if a vacuum leak could be caused by power steering pump hoses leaking? It runs low on idle and sometimes it will drop and pick back up to the proper rpm.

No. Power steering hoses contain hydraulic fluid under pressure. No vacuum there.
Check other hoses for vacuum leaks. Pull the error codes to focus your troubleshooting path.

Makes sense! I tried to pull the codes but my stomp test is not working so I need to find an obd 1 scanner
