I've had my left side lights out for the longest time. Fuse 33 would blow over and over. It wasn't the bulbs and it wasn't the wiring, so I just didn't drive the car at night. Today I got some free time and unplugged my left tail light and put in a new fuse. It didn't blow so I knew the problem was in the lamp. Turns out the inner tail light (not brake light) bus bar was loose and swiveled down to contact the grounding bus bar. I wrapped both bars in electrical tape where they were coming in contact and now I can drive the car at night again.
