Nice ticking / clicking noise coming right from exhaust tip

I haven't heard the noise before, it happened shortly after I switched my ECU (which shouldn't be related)

Listen and tell me if anyone has heard this! Could it be an O2 censor?

its pretty loud and happens for about a minute when i start the car cold

Hmmm, the exhaust has a flap at the rear. This flap is vacuum operated. See the end of item #2 in the link.

THANK YOU! been searching everywhere for an answer thought it would be much harder, naturally with this car. once you mentioned that flap i knew exactly what to search for and got some hits!. ill try belting it with a little Lubricant and see how i go

I used a peice of rubber under the flaps bottom edge to stop the rattle.

It seems a little bit of WD40 lube has fixed it.. mine wasn't seized like others.. can't believe it was that simple

Next i need to fix some other weird shutters / noises when you start the car cold and the front is elevated.. sounds like its coming from the passenger side floor.. if anyone knows what this is id love to hear
