Aftermarket Alarm?

I removed the GM this evening and now I am wondering what this item is hanging from the knee bolster. It looks like an aftermarket alarm that had been glued on. Any recommendations or suggestions on what to do with it?

RADAR detector.

Thank you! Looks like it was a 'dealer installed' option, old technology, so I would like to remove it eventually if I can find a wiring diagram for it.

Definitely old school radar detector. Looks like the control unit for remote mounted sensors. They may be long gone, but I would look up front and in the rear for any strange looking sensors that seem out of place. Most of the wiring would go to the remote sensors other than the simple power wiring. Shouldn't be too difficult to dismantle.
