Any one ever re do the wiring on a bimmer?

Most on here with a 20 year old car either doesn't have enough patience, or the time to bother doing whatever it is you are doing. If I had to do it, I can do it, done it before. Ne electrical engineering degree necessary.

for what reason would you want to redo the interior wiring? I mean, maybe stereo wiring, but thy anything else?
I've repaired a fire damaged E31. This was a solid week's worth of tracing, unraveling, splicing and repeat. I did it as a favor for a friend but wouldn't do it again even at gunpoint.
Replace the harness.
E39 parts cars are a dime/dozen, I've sent two e39s w/harnesses to the crusher recently, sorry.
