press and hold the memories key to assign entertainment function I don't know how to do this every time I change radio station I see it. I have 08 535i

If I'm understanding your question correctly, I do not believe that you're able to do this with the key fob itself. The programmable memory keys are presets, like ones that you'd use to set up your stations. To set them up, go to the station that you'd like to assign the button to and hold it down for 3-5 seconds; this should save the station.
