Hi I was hoping some of you guys could maybe shed some light on some problems iv been having with my s54 converted e30
I had the ecu altered to run standalone in any car and then had the car tuned on the dyno, adjusting the existing map not alpha n
Since mapping I had function control errors on both lambda probes and then the car would be reduced in power, I then found out the post cats and exh temp were still on. Since deleting them I had lambda 2 function only so I replaced both probes for genuine new ones.
Now I'm getting fuel diagnosis codes for both banks and short term adaption is -0.50 for both probes, lambda 2 came up after I reset the adaptions and then went back to fuel diagnosis and road speed signal
Now I feel the fuel may be out due to the lambdas failing when it was mapped and it may need looking at again.
Couple of things that concern me is my idle is at 850-900rpm and I'm not sure if this is normal and I'm getting road speed signal errors, guy who done the ecu says the dyno Rev limit is set to 8k so it will work from that.
Any ideas or suggestions on how to get this sorted before I go and buy standalone
Thanks
Matt
Do have the .bin file? I can look at it and compare to some other files I have.

Also make sure you have not swapped bank 1 and 2
Sounds to me like whoever sold you that ecu assumes stand-alone means ews removal only. For s54 to run in non limp mode on another chassis more things need to be done. As is you probably have a 5200 or so rpm limit
Buy my native installed ISIS ISTA-D/ISTA-P bmw diagnostic laptop. More Info Here!
