Hi all, someone (either my BMW dealer, or safelite, or my tire place) neglected to install the cover for the control unit with all the wiring connectors under the front passenger cowl cover... it is # 8 in the linked photo but i cannot seem to get a part number or find it anywhere! This is for a 2011 F10 535i xdrive.
I am fairly p.o.'ed that is is missing as I was in there in June and can guarantee there was a cover in place, but I don't know who to blame since i've had a good amount of stuff done this summer. But I definitely need a replacement! Anyone know the part number?

Went to the dealer and it turns out there is no cover, maybe only some submodels have one? I'm not sure why the parts diagram shows one but maybe this explains why there is no part number. Either way I looked at F10s at the dealer and they didn't have a cover.
Would delete the thread but can't figure how.
