Aux input sound

Is it my imagination or?
I have an aftermarket SIRIUS adapter plugged into the aux input in the back of the center console in my 07 530xiT and I "think" that the sound is much "fuller" than the C/D player or the FM....??

Hello - the Sirius radio is in HD format, so likely what you're hearing are less compressed files resulting in a fuller, more dynamic sound.
