Gents, today i realized that my SC started to make new noise which i never heard before. Removed belt and noted that my pulley is out of size and it is shaking/vibrating. Also, a lot of black and metal dust behind of pulley between SC. Found machine shope and going to press inside new aluminium and make new insert. Hope i will be success. Some one faced with this kind of issue?

Nope. Not really ever heard of w Vortechs AFAIK. Probably the bolt came loose and allowed some slop which then wore it out larger and larger. Amazing it didn't throw the belt.

Looks to me like the seal is leaking oil, and the oil is just picking up stray engine bay dirt.
Have you checked & changed your oil regularly?
Also, turn the compressor wheel then watch the shaft as it turns... its not bent or loose, is it?
Maybe supercharger needs a rebuild.
Probably this topic better in the forced induction forum too, more supercharger experience there than here.

Yes, am changing oil timely. Shaft is strong with no shaking or vibrating.

Look at this Gents, just installed my new pulley and decided to check leakages from top site on SC. Looks like my shaft seal is damaged.
