Leaking Differential

Is the rear cover on the differential easy to R&R?

very easy. Make sure you clean everything real well. Don't overtorque the bolts and you should be good to go.

I used Reinzosil in that area also, Good to go for 9 years now.

You will need to carefully open the rear crash sensor boxes by pushing out the pins from the outside, support the diff and undo the two top bolts, then lower a bit and go to town on the smaller bolts.
