e46 318d turbo whistling?

Hello

I bought at good price e46 318d. I think that my turbo charger is whistling. Sound is the same in this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PqEndc807Ns

But car has normal power without any smoke.

Is turbo coming to end or could be something else. Any experience?
