Trying to locate the previous owner of this Black 1997 M3 , Currently in Princeton WV

I'm told the car "has exhaust header 24lb injectors a z4 short throw and has been tuned" I know it was in Hurricane WV earlier this year. I was hoping that the combo of mods and the hood pins would be enough to possibly jog someones memory. I'm looking to buy the car but the current owner knows very little, the previous owner is unresponsive and only had the car around a month. They are both the type that change cars monthly. Just looking for any help tracking down someone that knew this car and can tell me if anythings been done like the metal impeller water pump and such. Thanks for the time guys. If I do end up getting this car I'll be utilizing this forum a lot more I'm sure.

Never assume (or even believe) the previous owners when it comes to preventative maintenance. Especially with the cooling system. Change it anyway. You won't hurt anything and you'll have piece of mind knowing that the right and working parts are installed.

Also, the metal impeller water pump issue is no longer relevant. The question is whether or not it's a recent water pump from a good manufacturer.

I guess I should have elaborated that I was looking more for was any maintenance done over it's life lol. I plan on hitting what I've seen so far as the must do items, including the water pump.

I was lucky and have a stack full of maintenance that came with my car, however everything the guy who had it right before me said, he couldnt provide any kind of paperwork on.
