Unfortunately all of this posturing to prove who knows the most about these wheels has guaranteed that the OP has zero chance of getting a good deal on the wheels he is looking for. If you can't assist in someone's search, move on, your opinion on what he should pay is of no value.

You know, everyone's looking for one or the other part at some point and I bet you wouldn't be too happy if things went down as they did here. You're welcome kmuel. Good luck with the search. I have read that 17" tires are getting hard to find in certain sizes. You may want to research that before you pull the trigger.

I dont see where you were part of this discussion up until just now when your "contribution" to the original post was just to criticize me, and criticize wrongly. I just did your shipment on TNT from Ger to Cali, cheapest price I got was almost 1200 euro, which last I checked is nowhere near 400 (see pic).

On my set I am running 235 Michelin SS in front and 265 Michelin PS2s in rear. Tire choice is limited. The rear PS2s will soon be discontinued.
