Tranny leak/crush ring

New car, wet spot on garage floor. Got her up in the air and this is what I see. Rest of the undercarriage is pretty clean of rust except for this and fuel filter cover. What are the chances it's just a bad seal and crush ring here causing the leak?20170910_122226.jpg

My sons slave let go this week. The bottom of the tranny looked the same. Is there any fluid leaking from the front of the bellhouse? It's easy to check, so just throwing it out there.

Yep, once I realized what color the fluid was it was obvious.

The fill and drain plugs don't have crush washers.

Can you explain "obvious".....Was it just dirty colored..or.. really dirty... or so dirty and with no clearness and smelled like burned green tomatoes with tabasco sauce farted out?
