I'm pretty sure Technica stocks the Spa T3 since they use it on their E36 kit. Call talk to Bret or Tyler.

I ended up buying one from rally road with free shipping so overall it was $20 more and I got it in 2 days from the day I ordered it, that was insane, thanks to them. I still haven't heard anything back from the actual spaturbousa site though, I am able to cancel my PayPal payment to them here coming up so hopefully that all works out.

    well,
it helps if you're able to acquire a unencrypted tune from a REAL tuner first.
Then you just copy and mimic and pop engines.

haha yeah that would really accelerate development time.

It's not really that necessary though if you have a wideband, the ability to log, and just approach the tuning in a reasonable manner.

What needs to be done regarding plumbing of the 4 O2 sensors into the exhaust? I wont have cats, only a muffler and I will have a crankcase evacuation system plumbed into the exhaust so I am assuming they would go in before that as to not get oil all over them. I read that some people get rid of the secondary O2 sensors that go back farther under the car but that you need to keep the ones that go into the headers, any help is appreciated.

With RomRaider you can turn off the rear O2s and CELs from them, then you don't need them in the system anymore if you don't want them. Evac systems are best plumbed into the header collector right before it dumps to a larger volume, so that would normally be after the upstream O2s.

okay and so should I put the upstream O2 sensors just after the turbo in close succession? i read some people saying that putting them together in the same pipe will cause the car to run rich in 3 of the cylinders and lean in the other 3 since they are meant to monitor out of the split stock manifold. Do I need to splice them together or something like that?

Do you have an MS41.1? If so I think you will have to run two in the same downpipe like I am. I haven't seen it be a big problem.

HOWEVER, if you running a manual trans as I suspect, you should be able to flash in the tune from an MS41.2 (M3 DME I guess), and then I think the option exists in RomRaider to have your closed loop controlled by a single O2. That's the best option.

And you don't want your O2s any closer to the outlet of your turbine housing than they have to be. The closer they are, the more heat they have to suffer. Just place things as you need them.

    BrokeNeck autocross turbo build

It can be done on either ecu with a single o2

And the farther they are the more "latency" they suffer from. Heat is no issue after a turbo.

I had no doubt it was possible, but the real value is in "how?" The simple answer is probably to flash in 41.2, and roll with that.

in past i had a m52b25 running on ms41.0 (uk)
i had a broken o2 sensor. ended up running only one of them,
you just have to edit flags.
    this might help,

Since he has passed, the software is not for sale from his website I guess, so you can't purchase it there.
There is something in the works as a replacement, I guess the only thing remaining is the decision of whether to charge for the new tool and to whom/what cause the money goes.

And the second bank's primary O2 is easy to turn off in MS41.2. I don't know if the option is set up in RR's 41.1 defs, but IMO converting to 41.2 should be the first thing you do.

FWIW, I'm running a stock M52 with an S257+.82AR hotside with similar goals to be useful for autox and retaining bottom end grunt for around the city driving.
Turbine on the S257 is 70/61mm in/ex vs the GT3076R's 60/55mm turbine wheel, for reference.
12PSI, still working kinks out of the setup and chassis. Boost comes on very quick, but no numbers yet. Based on airflow numbers, I'm above 300hp with a garbage timing map but take that with a grain of salt.

Good to know there is a solution in the works!!

Your setup sounds great, BTW. From what my car did at the drag strip on only 8psi, I'd say you are easily over 300hp with that setup. Must be fun.

So I got some s52 cans awhile back and they have some small scoring on some of the bearing surfaces, I wanted to see what people thought and if you guys think that I should get them polished, or if they are fine to put in.IMG_8367.jpg IMG_8366.jpg

So I'm trying tying to clean out my lifters while they are out to try and avoid at least some future lifter tick, and I can't for the life of me get the piston to separate from the housing. I've been smacking the top of the lifter with a wood block and a hammer with more force than seems necessary with no progress, so I was wondering if anyone had any ideas or if I should just try getting a big rubber mallet and going at it. Thanks
