Any solutions out there for an easy in/out kidney grill? My oil filter is located behind the grill and I'd rather avoid pulling it every time. Currently just leaving the grill out, but would love a better looking solution.File Sep 05, 2 25 09 PM.jpg

I can't remember exactly how the kidneys mount, but you could break all the clips off and drill some holes, attaching it with zip ties.
Why'd you put the oil filter in such a prominent location? How often do you have to remove it?

Uh, isnt is just held in with a few tabs. Push the tabs, pull the grill....takes like 1 minute

The BMW approved method is to punch the grill. The center piece will pop in towards the engine and the outer ring will easily pop out
