How to identify local car owners

I hope to drag my '91 back to the house next week so I can start on project. Is there an easy way to identify local owners or even state-wide owners that I can consult with in regards to my car? Thanks, JP

I was a member of BMWCCA and BMWMOA back in the '70s and 80's, and still a current member of SCCA, Texas Spokes, and San Antonio Sportscar Association. I got involved in other hobbies with my son while he was growing up and quit running my cars for years. I have a '76 2002 and a '76 530i and both had been modded and somewhat restored but that was twenty years ago so they need it again!

My current track/autocross car is a '90 Reynard Formula Continental that I restored about 10 years ago and have run ever since.

I will sign up with BMWCCA again and join the E31 chapter, thanks,

BTW, you have to call in to get on board the non-geographical E31 chapter.... You apparently can't do it online.... I'm in the process myself.

I will try calling Tuesday because they did not answer yesterday. BMWCCA should be able to find my old membership number.
